Our story

Chef-owner and Louisiana native Curtis Clarke opened Evangeline Cafe on Brodie Lane in 2004, serving gumbo, étouffée, boudin and po-boys with Abita beers. The cafe hosts live Cajun and zydeco music several evenings a week with no cover charge and is closed on Sundays.
